Jeff Elgart

Senior Vice President, Advertising Sales

Jeff Elgart serves as Access 360 Media's senior vice president of network sales, responsible for creating and implementing revenue-generating strategies for the continued growth of the company.

Elgart was most recently head of network advertising sales for MTV's Logo. A member of the Logo executive launch team, he helped build the new network targeting the gay and lesbian community, which launched in the top 20 U.S. markets in June 2005. Elgart created and built the network's advertising sales division presenting the network to the advertising community prior to launch, securing the charter advertisers that were on-board when the channel launched in the summer of 2005.

Prior to launching Logo, Elgart was vice president of business development for NPD Music, a new division of NPD Group, a global, strategic sales and consumer market research organization. NPD Music was a developer of research that has been instrumental in helping the music industry understand the impact of on-line music sales and the changes in marketing and selling music to consumers.

Prior to NPD, Elgart was with MTV Networks as the senior vice president, network advertising, for MTV2, where he was responsible for the network's overall advertising sales unit. Prior, he was the senior vice president of network sales for The Box Music Network, an interactive music channel that was subsequently sold to MTV Networks and merged into MTV2.

Elgart holds a B.S. in Psychology from Pennsylvania State University and has been active in the Big Brothers Big Sisters organization for more than 12 years.
